PRE-TRAINING ASSESSMENT

This assessment will be used as a Pre-Training Assessment to assess the competency of Underwriting resources with prior Underwriting Experience (Underwriting Laterals).

Underwriting for Laterals - Credit

This course will help you get trained on the first 'C' of Underwriting - Credit. By the end of the course, you would be able to read and interpret a Credit Report and apply common guidelines related to Credit.

UNDERWRITING FOR LATERALS

Underwriting for Laterals - Capacity

This course will help you get trained in the second 'C' of Underwriting - Capacity. By the end of the course you will be able to recognize various types of Income documents such as Paystubs, W-2s, Personal and Business Tax Returns, etc. You will also learn how the Borrower's monthly income is calculated using these documents. 

UNDERWRITING FOR LATERALS

Underwriting for Laterals - Capital

This course will help you get trained in the third 'C' of Underwriting - 'Capital'. By the end of the course you will be able to analyze different types of Account statements and be able to calculate Reserves required for loan qualification

UNDERWRITING FOR LATERALS

Underwriting for Laterals - Collateral

This course will help you get trained in the fourth 'C' of Underwriting - Collateral. By the end of this course you will be able to analyze an Appraisal Report, review the Title Report and other property related documents such as Home Owner's Insurance, Tax Certificates, Flood Certificates and more.
