Basics

All property related documents are recorded at the County Recorder’s Office, as that is the reference point for the public. In other words, if a property owner is claiming ownership of his property, the county records has to show him as the owner in their records. Hence, it is very important that all property related documents are recorded in the county recorder’s office.
