3) Clinic Locations and details-This module will help you understand how to find the nearest clinic from the patient locations and also all the details like clinic head name, exact address of the clinic and much more.

4) Cloud Application will help you to understand its functions, tabs, different modes , Dispositions and much more.

5) Patient relationship management application - This course will help you understand the PRM Tool its functions, how to to book appointment, cancel or reschedule.

6) Call ettiquettes module will help you understand about call structure(Opening, during the call, call closing), Basic call etiquette, Answering the calls, Active listening etc.
